Description

How long does a seller have to counter an offer? Can you counter a counter-offer? 

When should I use an addendum versus an amendment? In this course, participants will 

receive valuable information about counter-offers as well as both general and 

specialized addendums and amendments, including the proper timing use and timing of 

these forms. Practical examples will be given that agents can put to use immediately.
