Description

This class is designed for anyone managing property in Montana or anyone who plans on selling property that is currently inhabited by tenants. We go through the process of terminating a rental agreement both mutually and adversely. This has been updated with COVID-19 details as well as ending a tenancy due to destruction of the rental premises or death of a tenant. While it is obvious why property managers need this information, salespersons not actively engaged in managing often discount this information. It is more important than ever to know what is happening behind the scenes to ensure transactions go as smoothly as possible.
