4 CE - "Be Careful Out There" Supervising Brokers Designation Renewal. In this four-hour course, we will cover the basics of Supervising Brokers responsibility in Montana. This will include attention to a policy manual, special attention to problem areas in the state, including advertising, and a general view of the things brokers should be doing to adequately supervise their agents. Montana has specific guidelines for managing brokers, and also requires Errors and Omissions Insurance. We will discuss risk management, safe practices, and things to train agents on, especially Fair Housing. We'll also discuss the hiring process, and discuss red flags in potential agents.
